Dear customers and friends, we will reopen our office to the public on May 4th!

To contribute to the safety and health of all, we want to share information about our new operating rules and procedures that we will apply to our way of work. With time, this will became tne new normal.

• Maximum capacity – In proportion to the office área, we will be able to serve one cliente at a time, and each customer can bring one person with him, this means a maximum of two people inside of the office, except for our staff.

As you arrive at the office, the procedures will follow as described:

• Hand sanitizer – We provide hand sanitizer to all our clients, as many times as needed. It’s an alcohol-gel disinfectant solution.
• Protection mask – When you come to our office, we kindly ask you always to wear your mask on. In case you have forgotten to bring one, we will offer you a surgical mask, it’s an onetime use only disposable mask. All company employees will also wear a mask.
• Cleaning and Disinfection – After one client leaves, all contact surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected with suitable cleaning agents. Service locations will be a priority in this matter.
